Opera Festa is committed to encouraging people to sing, whilst helping singers to achieve their personal goals through expert tuition and performance given in a supportive environment. We will help you to develop as both a singer and artist. Our courses are designed to:
- Help singers develop their dramatic abilities.
- Increase singers' self-confidence and self-worth.
- Encourage singers to use their own integrity and imagination.
- Help singers with technical difficulties.
- Provide expert language coaching.
- Communicate the emotion and passion of singing.
- Have lots of fun.
Course Times
The day will commence at 9.30 with and acting/ stage session. Followed by 3 sessions each 2 hours long with the other tutors. The teaching sessions will end at 6.30 pm.
Sunday evening there will be an informal concert given by the course participants.
Groups
There will be 3 groups of students:
Group 1 will have 8 students, for beginners and intermediate level singers.
Group 2 will have 6 students, for advanced level singers.
Group 3 will have 6 students for semi-professional or professional level singers.
Cost
Group 1 £150
Group 2 £180
Group 3 £180.
(The cost of the course also includes lunch, tea coffee and home-made biscuits.)
